Up until recently I have fucking hated pencils. Regular pencils were annoying and tough for me to hold and write with. Mechanical pencils always broke when I was writing with them and you always run out of lead. But I found through Fred Tschida these large Ticonderoga Pencils. He uses them because like me he breaks mechanical pencils and regular pencils are just stupid. These pencils were designed for children beginning to write. For whatever reason it increases the legibility of my writing ten fold. I guess I never really graduated from beginner pencils... I'm doing more sketching now and liking the way they look, thank god for Ticonderoga pencils!
